Recently I have seen this warning in the OBIPS log,
The GUID of
user {username} does not match user reference GUID of the repository. Please
ask the administrator to delete the old user reference at the repository and login again
.
This issue I believe had
led to login failure for the user. Even after refreshing the GUID’s problem
still persists. This is resolved by completely removing the Guid References and
then refreshing the Guids.
· Stop all Oracle Business Intelligence Services.
In Windows use the menu option Stop BI Services providing the original administrator user name, and password specified during install (for example, weblogic/welcome1).
· In the Administration Tool, open the repository file that you are using in 11g, in offline mode.
· Select Manage and Identity from the menu.
· Click BI Repository and display the Users tab.
· Select all users and delete them.
